PAR is an abbreviation for Parabolic Aluminized Reflector, which referred to the old conventional bulbs that were used in most of these lights. Welcome to the LED versions of these multi-purpose fixtures. PAR lights are economical general purpose stage lights. They are available in a variety of sizes and wattages. With LED fixtures, never again will you be replacing colored gels since you now have the ability to color mix most any color under the rainbow!
